From the large in-ground pool to the 120-inch HD home theater, your group is sure to have a great time. Baby strollers and Pack n Play are complimentary and available for guest use. Family Friendly.

Pool heating / SPA: $45 per day ( pool heater runs from 9 am to 9 pm (12 hours each day) to ensure health and prevent bacteria growth if longer than 12 hours).
The community management charges a one-time fee per reservation ($35 one-time fee in total for up to 12 guests or $45 one-time fee in total for 13 guests and above) to use the clubhouse/community pool/lazy river/water slides/gym. You can request and pay for that with a credit card at the clubhouse if you need to use the club amenities.
BBQ Grill: $65/stay + tax (with an empty propane for guests to fill in)
