  • How do I place a reservation for one of your vacation rentals?

    You can easily reserve dates for one of our vacation homes through our website! Just input your arrival and departure dates, the number of bedrooms for the property, and the location of the vacation homes you are searching for.

  • How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions?

    You will receive an email confirmation directly after booking your reservation. Arrival instructions will also be sent via email on the day of your check-in.

  • What is my check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is available at any time after 4pm EST. You must checkout before 10am EST.

  • What is Landmark Vacation Homes' cancellation policy?

      All cancellation requests must be made in writing and is subject to the following penalties:
    • 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours after booking.
    • 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
    • No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

  • How much is pool heat?

    Pool heating is an available option at $30 per night for the duration of your entire stay and for a minimum of 4 nights. If you choose to opt in to this option, please request pool heating at least 5 days prior to your arrival date.

  • Do I need to pay for pool heat to have the spa/hot tub heated?

    Yes - the spa/hot tub and the pool are both connected to the same pool heating equipment.

  • How hot will my pool be if I purchase pool heat?

    Normally the pool is set to 87° F and the spa set to 100° F. The pool heat timer is set from 10am to 10pm. The heating equipment cannot be left running for more than 12 hours to prevent the risk of damage. The equipment may also not be turned on past 10pm due to the noise bylaws of the counties in the vicinity.

  • Do the vacation homes include laundry facilities?

    Yes. Each vacation home has a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

  • Are your vacation homes non-smoking?

    Yes. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please use the outdoor area with the door closed and please make ensure to leave the area clear of cigarette butts prior to your departure.

  • Are the properties cleaned daily?

    Our vacation homes are cleaned between stays.

  • How much are BBQ rentals? How do I rent one?

    We welcome you to book your BBQ rental directly so that you are able to coordinate the delivery and pick up and at a time that is convenient for you. We unfortunately do not provide BBQ rentals.

  • How do I register my guests name for entry into the community?

    Please email us a list of driver name’s prior to arrival.

  • The thermostat isn’t working. What do I do?

    Please try to remove the thermostat from the wall for 30 seconds and plug back in. If this doesn’t seem to fix the problem, please contact us by email @ (a href="mailto:info@landmarkvacationhomes.com;">info@landmarkvacationhomes.com

  • Do you allow pets?

    We have a strict no-pet policy, with the exclusion of assistance animals. If you are bringing an assistance animal to the vacation home, we may ask:

    • Whether the assistance animal is required because of a disability
    • What work or task the animal has been trained to perform
