**Covid-19 update: Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

As a guest of Champions Gate Resort, you'll have free access to a resort-style pool (lazy river, waterslide) plus an amenities center with gym & gaming room.
Other things to note
Optional pool heat is available for an extra $45/day; Pool heater needs to be added to the whole reservation; If pool heater is requested after check in, an additional service fee of $50 will be charged to send someone over to turn it on. The pool takes between 8 - 15 hours to warm (pool temperature is set to 87 degrees).
