You will also find a full-size sand volleyball court, a full-size soccer field with stadium seating, and a basketball court. Children will enjoy the playground area and there is a walking trail for all ages.

**For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can help you rent one from a professional company. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
**Covid-19 update: Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay on the property.
